Abstract
I will discuss recent measurements of semileptonic B meson
decay at CLEO. Two measurements will be highlighted: the measurement of
the inclusive branching ratio, and the moments of the lepton energy
spectrum. The moments are used, along with measurements of the moments
of other B decay spectra, to constrain the values of non-perturbative
Heavy Quark Expansion parameters, allowing for a more precise
determination of the CKM matrix element |V_cb|.
