Abstract
The first Run II measurement of b quark fragmentation into B0, B+, B_s and
Lambda_b at has been made at CDF using semileptonic B decays reconstructed
in 360 pb-1 of data. The fragmentation fractions are measured with an
effective B hadron pT threshold of 7 GeV/c. The fraction of B+ produced
relative to B0 is found to be consistent with unity. The fraction of B_s
produced relative to B0 and B+ is consistent with world averages, while
the production of Lambda_b relative to B0 and B+ is found to be higher
than previous measurements.
