Abstract
KEKB and Belle began operation in spring 1999, and accumulated 7fb-1
data so far corresponding to about 7 million B Bbar pairs. In this
talk, first physics results will be presented, following a brief
report of KEKB operation and Belle performance. Included in the
physics results are a sin 2 beta measurement and branching fraction
measurements of some interesting B decays.
