Abstract:
The SNO database provides a repository for
constants associated with the SNO dataset and for status logs with
time-dependent information on components and processes. The
repository of constants will be read from and written to principally
by the DAQ and CMA systems, SNOMAN and calibrators. Database updates
will be disseminated to the entire collaboration as frequently as
necessary. The SNO database will have a web-based graphical user
interface which will enable users to monitor the behavior of various
database objects as a function of time. HEPDB, a CERN product,
provides the fundamental building blocks for the database.
