Slave Node Database Checking

To insure that updates have been propagated to all the nodes, one needs to get a summary of the current state of each local database. Since automating this procedure would be difficult, a manual procedure using code which provides a ``snapshot'' of the database has been written. The code is run via /3_06_05/snodb.perl -snapshot and produces a file which contains a formatted summary of the contents of the local database. This summary may then be compared to a similar summary of the master copy of the database.

The plan at present is to automatically create a snapshot of the database after each time a slave node runs /3_06_05/snodb.perl -process_updates and email this snapshot to the czar. The czar can then compare this with the master database's snapshot.
