4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
pasta sauce
1 c. shredded mozzarella (approx. 4 oz.)
grated Parmesan cheese, as desired


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Dip each piece of chicken in egg, and then in bread crumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in Large casserole or baking dish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

Pour sauce over chicken; top with cheese(s). Bake 10 minutes more, or until chicken is cooked through.
