Patatas bravas

potatoes cut into cubes small onion, chopped 1/2 tsp dried chili flakes 1/4 cup dry white wine dash tabasco 1/4 cup olive oil clove garlic, crushed 2 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley sauce: 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp paprika 1 tbsp tomato paste

preheat oven 425. potatos on baking dish, coat oil, sprinkle salt, 40 min.

sauce: heat oil, add onion; add garlic, cumin, chili, paprika, tomatoes, paste. cook 10 min.

process sauce in blender, reheat, add tabasco, parsley, salt.

pour sauce over potatoes.
