2 tsp granulated yeast 3 cups bread flour 1 tsp salt 2 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 cup + 2 Tbsp water

Put all of the above into bread machine on "dough" cycle. Place in well greased bowl; roll around to coat dough in oil; cover for about half an hour. Then knead the risen dough and roll it out.

SECRETS: (1) pre-heat pizza stone with oven to 440F; bake the untopped dough for 10 min; then top and bake the whole pizza.
