risotto with shrimp, etc.
Combine oil & butter in pot. Cook onion & garlic (not brown). Add rice & stir. Add 1/2 cup broth. Cook, medium heat, stirring, until liquid absorbed. Add tomato & wine. Continue to stir & add broth until al dente (about 18 minutes). Add shrimp; 5 minutes. Stir in cheese. Serve.
