tuna steaks glazed with ginger, lime, and soy

    tuna steaks, 1" thick  2 tbs lime juice 1.5 tbs soy sauce  2 garlic cloves, crushed  2 tsp ginger, grated 1.5 tsp sesame oil  1 tsp chili pepper, minced  1 tsp sugar

Whisk marinade. Pour over fish; turn; coat. Marinate, covered, 30', turning once or twice. Broil 4" from heat until glazed and golden, basting twice with marinade, about 3'. Carefully turn fish. Broil until glazed and just cooked. Transfer to plate and spoon juice over top.
