Setp 01/97 - Replace U36 (OP-177G) with a higher current rating op-amp.

Sept 17/97 - Lift U107, pin 17, and tie to ground (U107, pin 10). 
	     This is only performed for boards going into slot 12, to 
	     fix the backplane geo_address mixup.

Nov 15/97  - Jumper a wire from TP189 to U158, pin 1.  This is to fix
	     a CGT5000 design error.
