1 box lasagna noodles (barilla makes no-boil ones)
1.5 lbs ground beef
16 oz ricotta
8 oz mozzarella, grated
1/4 c parmesan, grated
marinara sauce (see recipe list)
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 sliced mushrooms
2 eggs
1 tbsp parsley
dash pepper
dash basil
1.5 lbs ground beef
16 oz ricotta
8 oz mozzarella, grated
1/4 c parmesan, grated
marinara sauce (see recipe list)
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 sliced mushrooms
2 eggs
1 tbsp parsley
dash pepper
dash basil
brown meat, onion, mushrooms, and garic. add marinara. set aside
mix cheese and eggs in a bowl. add parsley and spices. save some of the mozzarella for the top.
boil noodles, if necessary.
layer the goods in a 9x13 pan: meat, then cheese, then noodles, then repeat. top with the rest of the mozzarella.
cover with foil, bake 375 for 1 hour, with foil removed for last 15 minutes.
