pizza dough Zojirushi

1 cup water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2.5 cups bread flour
1 tsp active dry bread-machine yeast

Put above ingredients into Zojirushi bread machine on dough cycle, which takes 1h45.

Roll out dough onto lightly floured bread board. Brush crust with oil. Use two forks like drum sticks to make a large number of small holes in surface of dough, to prevent bubbles. Cover and let stand 15 minutes.

Put pizza stone into oven. Cover pizza stone with a thin layer of corn meal, to prevent sticking. Preheat oven to 500F.

Bake bare crust 8 minutes at 450F.

Make toppings while crust is baking.

Top pizza. Bake topped pizza another 12 minutes.
