TRT Only L2 Alignment

This L2 TRT alignment is in principle independent of the Si alignment
When aligning the barrel modules With 5Dof the alignment cannot converge.
     Rotations around global X and Y seem unconstrained.
With 3Dof the alignment converges
     2 translations and rotations around globalZ.
     There will be 3 trivially unconstrained DoFs.

Reproduced the L1 alignment with rel15 with the Si constants from the 1st reprocessign.
    See above (TRT Tracking improvements from Realease 14->15) for details about the L1 alignment.
After this L1 alignment reproduced the L2 alignment with rel15.
    Aligned with Both sides A and C
     Have sucsessfully found the trivial unconstrained DoFs. See presentation below.

Note that this L2 alignment can explain why the D0 cut removes the phi structure.
