sauteed green beans

3 Tbsp olive oil
2 large cloves of minced garlic
1 lb green beans, trimmed
black pepper
1/2 lemon

Heat oil. Add garlic, cook about 1m. Add beans, toss, coat. Cover & cook 2m. Cook another few minutes, covered, tossing now and then, until tender but still crisp. Seaton with pepper & lemon.
