Validate that the new TRT L2 endcap geometry is in place and corrisponds to the correct detector movements.
Validate that the TRT_AlignAlg interacts correctly with the db, and that the chi2 minimization is correct

Developed new ID visualization tools that allow the entire ID geometry to be visualized.
A presentation describing this was given at the ID alignment meeting. here.
Translate observered movement, (translation + rotation) of the center of the barrel modules into a translation of the fixed pin.
Got a EDMS accout.
Found the relavent diagrams (the barrel high voltage plate)
Installed a viewer to view the EDMS file (non trivial)
Understanding the module rotations.
Compare the L2 TRT alignments for tracks with a varring phi selection.
Need to follow up on the comparision with the differnt gemetries.
Looks like there are residual L2 descrapencies (in terms of delta TP vs TP) that are larger than the difference between the L2 alignments.

The second re-processing fiasco
A new set of alignmnt constants were produced for the second re-processing of the cosmic data.
However things did not do as smoothy as with the first re-processing

TRT Tracking improvements from Realease 14->15.
Changes in the way the fitter handels the L/R assignment of TRT hits in combined tracks brings large improvements in combined TRT + Si tracks.

TRT Measurement Frame
Argument that the TRT residuals should not have a relative minus sign between modules in the upper and lower part of the barrel.
Comparision of TRT Data and MC with rel14
There was a problem with the TRT event phase leading to an incorect residual in the ideal MC case.
This was later fixed, but needs to be checked up on.

TRT Endcap Shift
During the installation it was discovered that the ID endcaps (TRT+SCT) needed to be moved out, away from the interaction region by 5mm, to accomindate the ID services.

In M6 both the TRT Barrel and Endcap A where aligned wrt to the SCT Barrel.

Before My Time
During construction of the endcaps, the positions of the wheels was different in side A and side C. This was also incorporated in the geometry tag.
